Before you begin, you’ll need to log in to the admin panel.
- In the left pane, navigate to CATALOG, and then open any of your products in the edit mode.
- You’ll need the Advanced Pricing link right below the main price field.
- Next, in the Customer Group Price section, click Add. Now, you should be able to specify the website, customer segment, quantity, and price according to your needs.
Tier pricing means the ability to set a discount based on the quantity of purchased items. Generally, shoppers can access a relevant block on the product page that shares data on how many items should be bought to qualify for a specific discount or pricing group.

To create a customer group, in the left pane, navigate to CUSTOMERS. Under Customer Groups, click Add New Customer Group.
The default functionality does not allow exporting and importing Magento 2 customer group prices out of the box.
