  13. The product is definitely amazing and the support has been over the top. We had a highly customized site that required a little custom retrofitting with the SEO Suite Ultimate extension and their staff has replied to every ticket within a day and even pitched in and helped write some code! Can't say enough about how much I love MageWorx!

Unbelievable service - the Advanced Product Options extension wasn't showing images for custom options .... so I submitted a ticket and had the problem fixed all within the day by the guys - by them fixing ANOTHER extension that's nothing to do with them (MagicToolbox Magic Zoom Plus).   19. Mageworx worked extensively to customize this extension to our needs for a client, and we ended up getting a finished product that meets our needs perfectly. If you would rather have the multi-fees show up on the shipping methods tab instead of in the checkout, ask their sales department about buying the customizations they did for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I just had a weekend-long issue solving session through MageWorx ticket support system for Advanced Product Options module and I must say that I have only words of praise for them. The issue itself was on a highly modified system with over 50,000 products and MageWorx support team managed to solve it in record time despite the fact that the issue was reported when the weekend started. Thank you again, guys. You are doing an excellent job.

  27. Used Magento Tweaks - Great extension. Saves a ton of time when invoicing orders not having to go back to the order page. The ability to add newsletters to the checkout page has increased sign-up already and bestsellers / newest listing is a great extension. Support by Mageworx was great - we had some tweaks needed to the code due to our other extensions, they were great at coming back and fixing the tweaks, even when we forgot to mention a few till days later.

  31. Purchased - 'Advanced Product Options' extension, came with a great installation PDF and was easy to install. Ran into a spot of trouble whilst testing and emailed support - they got back to me within minutes, and resolved it VERY quickly (think like Superman inside Magento). Very impressed and will recommend to my colleagues. Thanks guys :)

  38. Great extensions and always outstanding support where required. The Magento model can always be tricky to support with extensions potentially conflicting but Mageworx have continuously shown themselves to deal with issues in a quick and efficient way.

  40. Extremely fast support, implemented the Mulit Fee extension and the shopping cart disappeared in our live environment. They immediately responded, afterwards they also repaired some .css issues while it's not sure if it was caused by their extension. Thanks and keep up the good work!

  42. I've been using this extension for about a year now. It really helped us optimize our urls, expecially with a multi-lingual site as we can have unique urls in each language, add the canonical url tag to avoid duplicates and made our site SEO friendly. I have used the contact mageworx support form that is in the admin several times and they have helped me tremendously by solving several issues I was having. Lately, they have changed their code to solve for the sitemaps not taking into account the pages blocked by robots.txt, which removed an error message I was getting in Google Webmaster Tools. GREAT SERVICE !
